Description
The Boneyard Shawl by Stephen West is the perfect next step in your knitting journey. A wonderful first shawl for the beginner knitter or more experienced knitter. You’ll be introduced to what gauge means, pattern reading and get lots of practice with the knit and purl stitch. In this class you’ll learn Make 1 Left & Right increase stitches, garter tab cast-on and I-cord bind off if you’re feeling brave. Plus learn how to fix common knitting mistakes. In 3 sessions, you’ll have a gorgeous shawl to wear and lots of knitting confidence.
Skills needed: Basic knowledge of knit and purl stitches plus casting on and binding off. You’ll learn the rest in class!
